International booking apps assume online card payment. In Algeria most stays are paid in cash, so a booking platform has to make cash trustworthy for both sides without losing the guarantees of online payment.
02 / The approach
A Flutter app for guests and hosts, a companion website and a Django admin panel share one set of platform rules: holds on dates during checkout, payment windows, no-show handling, configurable fees and host payouts by CCP or bank transfer.
03 / The outcome
Every rule the team can tune lives in the admin, so pricing and policies change without shipping a new app version.
