Agencies charge for every language and every format. These products needed to launch in Arabic, French and English, on Reels, TikTok and Shorts, and stay in sync with the app as it changed.
02 / The approach
Scenes are code. Voice lines are recorded first and timed word by word, the scene timeline follows the voice, and three.js renders each frame on the GPU with motion blur and depth of field.
03 / The outcome
A new language or a new screen is a re-render, not a re-shoot.
